Amarena Fabbri is an essential product of italian gastronomical culture. It is a syrup that you can find in most "gelaterie" in Italy, as "amarena" perfume among the choice of ice creams. They are sour cherries, wild cherries in a single syrup.You can use this product on ice creams, pancakes, waffles, cakes, in cocktails, with a cherry at the bottom of a glass of Prosecco for example. Like many typical italian products, the manufacture of Amarena Fabbri is old, dating back to1905. The 600g jar "opaline", white and blue, uses the colors and shape of the ceramic jar used at the beginning of the production.
