Stuff the raw "cannelloni" with cold filling. Sprinkle them with cold tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking tray and arrange a layer of stuffed "cannelloni"; cover them with abundant very fluid tomato sauce in order to prevent them from breaking during baking. Cover the first layer of "cannelloni" with plenty of ragÃ¹ or cold tomato sauce, with or without bechamel sauce, add grated cheese and butter, put lid on the bakig tray and bake at medium temperature for about 20/25 minutes.
