Stuff the raw "cannelloni" with cold filling. Sprinkle them with cold tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking tray and arrange a layer of stuffed "cannelloni"; cover them with abundant very fluid tomato sauce in order to prevent them from breaking during baking. Cover the first layer of "cannelloni" with plenty of ragù or cold tomato sauce, with or without bechamel sauce, add grated cheese and butter, put lid on the bakig tray and bake at medium temperature for about 20/25 minutes.
